Over the years, the Teva Cares Foundation has helped thousands of patients obtain Teva medicines in a variety of therapeutic areas making a positive difference in the lives of patients and families.
The Teva Cares Foundation Patient Assistance Program is an independent charitable organization that provides certain Teva medicines at no cost to patients in the United States who meet specific insurance and income criteria.
The Teva Cares Foundation Patient Assistance Program does not charge a fee for application, program participation or delivery of medicines, nor is it affiliated with any third parties who may charge a fee to assist with completing enrollment forms for the program or delivery of medicines.
Patients may not have an insurance plan or employer that participates in or are involved in any way with an alternative funding program that requires or encourages you to apply to the Teva Cares Patient Assistance Program as a condition, requirement, or prerequisite for coverage of specific Teva products.
